 TIPS FOR EL PASO PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEO PRODUCTION

FOR A GREAT WEDDING VIDEO

So you are getting married and you hired The Photo Element Photographers and Video Producers? Now Element Productions, LLC. Yes, great choice!!!

Before your big day, here are some tips so your video comes out spanking awesome!!!

We know you will be super nervous during your day, we know, and we would like to help you relax. We will help you so that the video comes out awesome can forever remember this day.

A little planning goes a long way.

GETTING READY: At your house or hotel

Have your accessories ready in a box or all close together, so when we get to your home or hotel, we can take advantage of time and start taking awesome pictures of your rings, garter belt, shoes, bracelets, earrings, necklace, and anything that you would like forever remembered, and ohhhh yes the bouquet!! The bouquet will last about 4 days, so let's not forget about the real flowers!!

Then, tell your mom and dad, that you would like them to help you wear your earrings, bracelets, and necklace, and also explain to them that this part will be filmed. Be sure that they are comfortable with being filmed.

In our experience, bridesmaids are always full of energy and ready to be part of the action, if you would like to plan a toast with your bridesmaids, have the glasses and liquor ready so we can film the nerve-racking moments before the ceremony. You will be glad we did.

We would like to film you leaving your house for the last time as a single lady, however, remember that we also have to rush to the church or venue to set up. Let's have a conversation on how we can make this happen. 

CEREMONY OR MASS

During the mass or ceremony, just relax, we will be there to film the details.

Sometimes we will ask you to wear a lavalier microphone (those you have to hang in your dress)especially if it is too windy outside. Don't worry we will hide it.  If the external noise is normal, then we can proceed with our super external microphones. 

Please remember that we must comply with any indication from the priest or officiant. Some priests do not allow us to move around or they instruct us to film from one spot. If you would like to change this, please discuss it with your officiant weeks or days before the ceremony. 

PARTY TIME

You made it! You are officially married. Now you can relax and enjoy the party. We will be filming the main events, we do not film when people are eating, we let your guests enjoy the delicious meal. Afterward, please look at our cameras wave, and smile. 

Sometimes we might have to slightly move the cake table or reposition some furniture so we can get the best shot, please help us with this situation by talking to the venue host, if needed.

Also, the secret to a great video is proper lighting, we may ask the venue host and DJ to turn on some lights especially during the speeches and cake cutting. For the dance, we understand that dark is romantic.
